Bobby Brown in More Child Support Trouble

Bobby Brown is in trouble again. He’s once again headed to court for non-payment of child support. He supposedly owes over $45K in payments for his two children with a former girlfriend, Kim Ward. He was supposed to be paying $5K a month but has yet to cough up the goods. Source
I still don’t understand why folks continue to crank out children they can’t take care of.
