Our dear sweet stupid Usher recently said that he’d like to play Marvin Gaye in a biopic. He says, “I want to be the person who tells the story of Marvin Gaye because I understand the conflict he had as a man.” Maybe because he’s already played Marvin in the TV show American Dreams he thinks it's time to play Marvin on the big screen. Newsflash boy boy, a biopic about Marvin Gaye is currently in production and Jesse L. Martin is in the lead role. Source
