Angela Talks About Her Recent Weight Loss
Angela Simmons told Life and Style magazine just how she managed to lose 15lbs this summer. “We’re definitely working out,” Angela tells Life & Style. “I haven’t missed more than three days in a row. When we’re home, I try to exercise every day.”Angela says, her new routine includes “lots of squats and lunges. And I cut out pizza completely.” She does confess to indulging in sweet potato fries, though: “I love those!”
Adds Angela, “I didn’t notice I was losing weight until my trainer told me I’d lost 15 pounds.” And that’s just the beginning. “Now I’m sculpting,” she says. “Soon I’ll have muscles!” Source
If you ask me she didn’t need to lose any weight at all. What she should have done was invest in some voice lessons and had her siblings tag along. Those kids have the most annoying Jersey accents EVER!
