Prop 8 Passes

California’s Proposition 8, which was posed to make gay marriage illegal, passed on Tuesday by a narrow margin. 18,000 couples were married in Cali when gay marriage was made legal earlier this year. No word yet on if those unions will be null and void. Some of the couples are going to file lawsuits and some civil rights groups want the Supreme Court to strike down the proposition. Source
