Kim Got Shot Where?

Supposedly Kim came down with a bad case of strep right before a NYE party she was supposed to host. So she called a doctor to her suite for antibiotics. When the doctor got there he gave her the shot in her tukus. She was good as new and able to make her party. Source
Seriously, do they even do that anymore? I’m sure he coulda given it to her in her arm and it would have worked just as good if not better. That nasty doctor man just wanted to get up close and personal with her trunk.
