Quincy Jones Wants a Minster of Culture

Paw-Paw Quincy wants Barack to create a ministry of culture. The United States and Germany are the only countries without a culture minister and he feels its embarrassing. He says, "Every country on the planet is playing American music. And we don't have a ministry of culture." Source
Afterward he added, “And I know just the guy for the job!”
