Pavilion Apartments Review: DON'T MOVE THERE!

This is the first of several posts warning the masses away from moving to my current apartment building:

Over the course of almost three years I have had several maintenance issues (many of which took days to fix or weren't fixed at all), was concerned for my safety, was the victim of price gauging and unwarranted/unsubstantiated late fees, dealt with the unprofessional behavior on the part of staff, received visits from roaches and mice alike, and finally was told that $800 would be withheld from my security deposit.

I'm moving at the end of the month, and it's the withholding of my deposit that has moved me to write about my experiences with the Pavilion. I hope that whenever anyone looks up Pavilion Apartments online they see my posts and run for the hills. Stay tuned for more posts detailing exactly how horrible this establishment is.
