UPdate 61: Chris Brown Arrested

So yea he plead not guilty on Monday and after the hearing Rihanna’s lawyer, Donald Etra, had this to say: "She would be pleased if this was over quickly."

As far as Brown's plea, he said it was "totally expected."

If convicted, he faces probation or nearly five years in prison.

I think if this goes to trial it has its pros and cons for both parties. But it all depends on what kind of information the want to come out and what they both may want to hide.
