Vivica Gets Booked

Vivica Fox was ordered to turn herself in to the police last Monday or face a warrant for her arrest. She walked into a Northridge Police Station Wednesday to be booked. 25 minutes later she was released without bail.
The arrest was connected to her drunk driving charge from March of this year. She was pulled over by the California Highway Patrol who said that she was weaving on the Ventura Freeway while traveling 80 miles per hour. On of the officers said that during the arrest she accused him of being a “racist white cop”. SOURCE
If convicted she faces a $1,000 fine and a sentence of as long as 6 months in jail for driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit of .08.
Dang Viv! Why he gotta be all that. Maybe he was racist…maybe he wasn’t. But one thing we DO know is that you were getting your drank on. So stop pointing fingers and take your punishment.
