How Bout Dem Giants?!

OK, so all the football fans who watched on Sunday know that the Giants and Patriots are headed to Superbowl XLII. Speaking for my fellow Giants’ fans who go through disappointment after disappointment every year this is quite an exciting time for us. Do I think we can beat the Patriots in the big game? Eh, well I don’t know. But hell, it’s nice just being there.
In other Giants News… Watching The Giants play the Packers on Sunday was excruciating. It was cold as a mofo on the east coast but Green Bay had wind chills below zero. One would think that if you were there at the game…no matter how big of a fan you were you’d rather be watching it from the cozy warmth of the press box. Well, Eli Manning’s Girlfriend Abby didn’t have that choice. Reportedly Eli ordered her to watch him play outside in the sub-zero temps instead of the box. He believes that he’s jinxed when she watches from the box so he told her to bundle up to help him win. He also told his brother to NOT attend Sunday’s game because he thinks he sucks it up when his brother watches him play.
Eh, I mean, I guess it worked but she’s a thin girl Eli, she could have froze to death. Four hours in the cold will DEFINITELY give you frost bite. Stop relying on superstition and just play a good game of football you tool!
Oh yea, and go Giants! Woot!
