Oh No! Not Another Tell-All!!!

Mos Def’s (nee Dante Smith) ex-wife Alana Smith, has penned a tell-all book about her life and her short marriage to the actor/rapper entitled Breaking the Code of Silence.

Let’s see what we already know about these two.

Mos Def is a rapper and actor has been on both the small and big screen. He’s know for being a socially conscious artist. He’s also known for fathering a tribe of children and not paying child support.
Alana is a Canadian single mom who is best known for her three seconds in Snoop’s ‘Drop it Like it’s Hot’ video (she’s the one with the cornrows). Her high intelligence (snicker snicker cackle) can be seen on her MySpace page.
I’m quite sure there isn’t much more that she can tell us about her or him that we don’t already know. Besides she was married to him for like five minutes. I'd much rather his first wife write a book. They were married for ten years. I'm sure she's got stories for days.
