Is Hillary Duff Engaged?

Hilary Duff was leaving Il Sole Friday (August 15, 2008) when she was photographed wearing what appeared to be an engagement ring. Hillz has been dating hockey player Mike Comrie for over a year and if this ring is form him (which it probably is) than its not very surprising.
