Mermaid Suit Against Diddy Thrown Out of Court

A woman named Maria Dominguez filed a $3 million invasion-of-privacy suit against Vibe magazine and Poppa Diddy Pop. The magazine published picture of Dominguez and two other topless women at that was taken at one of Diddy’s Hampton white parties and captioned it “Mermaids Gone Wild”.
The case, however, has been tossed out of court.
"When that picture came out, she wasn't too happy about it, that's for sure," said her lawyer, Albert Maimon.
"When you come to a party and you dress provocatively and you see a swarm of photographers there, you would know what you're getting yourself into," said Jonahthan Davis, a lawyer for Combs. Source
