OJ's Retrial Request Denied

Uncle OJ has been denied a retrial in the case where he was convicted of kidnapping and armed robbery (aka the murder of Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman). He along with his co-defendant, Clarence Stewart, will be sentenced on December 5th. Source
