Katt was pulled over on Thursday (November 6) when police noticed that his parked Mercedes had no license plates. When they approached the vehicle they could see three weapons in plain sight. So when he exited a nearby building and admitted the car was his he was arrested immediately. He spent most of the day in jail and was able to post his $25K bond just in time for his performance at Carnegie Hall…well not in time…an hour late. "Wearing baggy jeans and a satin shirt, [Williams] ... spritzed himself with cologne and jumped into a black limo," the paper reported. "Half an hour later, it screeched to a stop near the rear stage entrance on West 56th Street, and Williams, surrounded by bodyguards, jumped out and disappeared into the hall."He apologized to the crowd saying, "I just got out of jail 35 minutes ago."
