Usher's Wife has Nip Tuck Complications

Usher was supposed to perform at Clive Davis’ pre-Grammy party but he had to cancel to be with Man-reka. Supposedly she was in Brazil getting plastic surgery done and experienced some complications due to it. It’s so serious a neurosurgeon is on his way to Brazil to access the situation. Source
