Vivica Denies Being Your Psychic Friend

Vivica is mad about that video of her endorsing the Psychic Friends Network and wants it to be pulled down.
She sent a statement to BV Buzz saying:
“Vivica A. Fox is no friend of The Psychic Friends Network.” Fox is alleging that the footage circulating online “is using her unauthorized likeness, footage, voice and photographs as an endorsement of their service.”
She also demands that they "cease and desist immediately" their use of anything that looks or sounds like her. Source
I wanna know how you gonna film an ENTIRE commercial promoting something then deny having anything to do with it. Hind sight is a mofo, eh?
