ODB's Manager Suing Publishing Company

ODB’s former manager, Jared Weisfield, is suing MACmillian Publishers, alleging that they used anti-semetic descriptions in their 2008 book “Digging For Dirt – The live and death of ODB”
The former manager of OL' DIRTY BASTARD is suing a U.S. publishing company over allegedly defamatory comments made about him in the late rapper's biography.The biography describes Weisfeld as a “grinning, shady-looking white guy” who “slinked onstage looking like he had just been bar mitzvahed", according to the lawsuit.
The book also says that jared forced ODB to film a reality show in his "dying days" and when on "the brink of suicide.”
He’s seeking $10 million in the suit. Source
I wouldn’t put it past anyone to take advantage of poor ODB but if the publisher is going to make those allegations they better have the proof to back it up.
