Tyrse and Wife Split

Tyrese and his wife, Norma Mitchell, are dunzo. She filed for divorce saying that he has been a negligent husband and father. The two had been married for only ten months when she filed (in October) and have a young child.
Most people don’t even know about Norma because Baby Boy hasn’t talked bout her.
Last August, he was asked by blackvoices.com if he was married. He said yes, but refused to reveal her name saying “I don’t want to say. I live a private lifestyle. I don’t want no paparazzi following me around. I don’t get off on that.” Source
I feel like I heard something about him beating her while she was pregnant a while back. What’s up with that?
