Ray J's Cards Declined

Ray J is not ballin’ as we thought. Well I never actually thought he was ballin’ but I also didn’t think he was broke either. Accoding to Necole Bitchie he was partying at W Hotel in Atlanta and his credit cards were declined.
A source says that after his Amex Gold was declined he said, “Man I need to call these people and see what’s going on.” Source
