Saaphyri's in the Clink?!

Saaphyri’s supposed cousin has started a Twitter page for her. Word is that Saaphyri is in jail for not showing up to a court date stemming from an identity theft charge of her own uncle. Check out the page: Source
What? What? What? Identity theft? What the hell? I just watched the I Love Money reunion show and Saaphyri was missing from the show so I guess she is hemmed up.
