Vida Guerra Sued for $35K

Model/video girl, Vida Guerra, is being sued for non payment of rent. She supposedly owes SBL, LLC $30,000 after renting an L.A. home for $3,250 a month, then moving out after three months and refusing to pay the rest of the one-year contract.
In addition they claim she left "stains on the carpets and holes in the walls."SBL is asking for $35,000 in compensation, reports TMZ.com. Source
