More Details… Daryl was arrested in West Virginia while protesting mountain mining for refusing to move when police arrived to disperse the crowd.
She was booked on misdemeanor charges. The protesters released a statement admitting to "purposely trespassing to protest the destruction of mountains immediately above the Coal River Valley community."

What the hell does getting thrown in the pokey solve? I’m all for being down for a cause but there are some means of protest that I just don’t understand. One is getting locked up. The other is a hunger strikes. Like, seriously, you’re only hurting yourself. There’s nothing in the world that could get me to stop eating.
