Kimora Lee Simmons’ clothing line, BabyPhat, is reportedly going bankrupt. Kellwood Co., who owns BabyPhat hs filed for bankruptcy because it cant pay a large debt. The company also owns Phat Farm, Vince and Sag Harbor. Source
