Katherine Jackson was in search of money he kept stashed away and finally found it. Dr. Tohme TOhme, Michael’s former financial advisor, says that Mike game him the reported $5.5 million to buy a house in Las Vegas. He also says he was told to keep this a secret.
“It (the money) was not recovered,” he said. “I had the money and I gave it to them. It was a secret between Michael and me.”
“He said, ‘Don’t tell anyone about this money,’” Tohme recalled. “But when he passed away I told them I had this money, and I gave it to them.”
He’s also turned over items that were supposed to be purchased in a cancelled Neverland auction over to the executors. Source
