The Naked Cowboy for Mayor

Robert Burck, aka the Naked Cowboy, is known as a dude in his draws who plays the guitar and takes pics with random tourists in Times Square. He’s recently decided to run for mayor. Source
So, yea, I work in Times Square and have to see this fool and his kibbles and bits whenever I leave the building to get some damn lunch. I don’t live in NY though so I don’t really care if he’s mayor or not. But allz I want to know is if he’s elected…will he put on some pants. I mean, really.
