Rihanna Could be in Big Trouble for Tattooing w/o a License

Rihanna may face criminal charges for tattooing three people without the necessary license. She was photographed at East Side Ink in NY the other night tattooing some of her friends
Speaking to E! Online, owner Yadira said: "She came by to hang out with us and her regular tattoo artist.
"He decided he wanted to get a tattoo from her and then two of the other artists decided they wanted to get one as well. It's a little umbrella with a capital 'R' underneath it. The second and third had a number two and a number three next to it."
A rep from NY’s Health Department clamed she may have been acting illegally by doing tattoos without a license. Source
Whose briht idea was this? She should have known better. Or if she was gonna do it she should have done so in a dark basement away from the gaze of the photogs.
