So a little while back Ne-Yo was kicked off of R. Kelly’s American tour. Kelly’s folks said that it was due to some type of contractual thingie but speculations swirled that Ne-Yo was ditched because his performances blew Kellz's out of the water. So anyway, Ne-Yo ain’t havin’ it. He’s suing Rowe Entertainment, the company promoting the tour, for breach of contract and violation of the right of publicity. He’s seeking $785,000, which he believes he would have earned if he had completed the minimum of 25 concerts with Kelly. Robert Sylvester Kelly, you sure must spending time in court. Did you hear that’s where all the sweet, young honey dips hang out? I'm so sick of your shenanigans. I’m gonna need you to crawl into a hole somewhere and never come out…preferably a hole not in close proximity to a school or playground.
