Ebony Gets Obama’s first Post-Election Print Interview…
Ebony magazine, which is one of the oldest black owned magazines and hails from Chicago, Obama’s home base, has garnered his first print interview. In the interview, which will appear in Ebony’s January 2009 issue, he talks about the election and the international reaciont.
"I'm very humbled by the fact that I stand on the shoulders of all the people who made these incredible contributions to lift this country up," Obama was quoted as saying in the interview. Source

Obama Names the First Black Attourney General…
Barack has named his lawyer Eric Holder to be the attorney general, the first African-American to hold the post. This isn’t a foreign position to Holder who was deputy attorney general under former president Bill Clinton.
"Obama offered Holder the job and he accepted," Newsweek said on its website, adding that "the announcement is not likely until after Obama announces his choices to lead the Treasury and State departments." Source

Al Qaeda Targets Obama, Rice, and Powell… Al Qaeda’s deputy leader, Ayman al-Zawahiri, posted a letter on their website telling Obama that, “a heavy legacy of failure and crimes awaits you.”
In the video, Al-Zawahiri can be heard saying, “In you and in Colin Powell, [Condoleezza] Rice and your likes, the words of Malcolm X (may Allah have mercy on him) concerning ‘house Negroes’ are confirmed.”
“If you still want to be stubborn about America’s failure in Afghanistan, then remember the fate of Bush and Pervez Musharraf, and the fate of the Soviets and British before them,” the message said. “And be aware that the dogs of Afghanistan have found the flesh of your soldiers to be delicious, so send thousands after thousands to them.”
The message said Obama appears “to be captive to the same criminal American mentality towards the world and towards the Muslims.” The speaker cited Muslims’ ire toward Obama’s support of Israel.
The message said Obama represents the “direct opposite of honorable black Americans” like Malcolm X. Source
