MJ and Rih-Rih Sued for Stealing

An African singer named Manu Dibango is suing Michael Jackson AND Rihanna for stealing a hook from one of his songs.
Manu says that his song “Soul Makossa” as used by MJ for “Wanna be Startin’ Somethin’” and by Rihanna for “Please Don’t Stop the Music. Supposedly Wacko reached a settlement with him but he’s after Rih-Rih now and he’s seeking $650,330 in damages. Source
On the one hand I’m NEVER a fan of miscellaneous suing but if Manu made the hook “Mama Say Mama Sa Mama Cu Sa!!!” famous then he should get the credit.
I suddenly want to do the robot. Is that weird?
