M.I.A.'s Son's Name Revealed

Rumor had it that M.I.A. named her new baby boy Ickitt and she shot back via her MySpace blog saying, “MY BABY IS NOT CALLED ICKITT, PICKIT OR LICKIT THANK YOU VERY MUCH. HES A BABY, HE DONT NEED PRESS!”
Now it’s come out that her sons name is Ikhyd…which sounds just like Ickitt. Source
I don’t understand whys she was so dang upset that folks got the spelling wrong but the phonetics right.
