Updates 68-69: Chris Brown Arrested

Update 68: Supposedly the reason why Rihanna was mysteriously in Barbados recently was to avoid testifying against Chris Brown.
Her lawyer said that if OBLIGATED she’d testify in court against Chris. But if she’s out of the country she cannot be served a subpoena. The US can force the Bajan courts to serve her but in this type of case that would be unlikely because it would look like she was being victimized. Source
Interesting. It seams like she’s not necessarily denying that he jerked up her face but she also loves him enough to not want to send him to jail. I understand her actions…I just think they’re misguided.

Update 69:
Rihanna will reportedly get back the $1.4 Million in borrowed jewelry that she and the three jewelers have been asking for.
Prosecutors say that they’ve photographed it and don’t need the actual jewelry in custody for the trial. Source
Good, cus it wasn’t hers, or the cops, to keep anyway.
