Fidel Peaces Out

After 49 years of communist dictatorship, Cuban president Fidel Castro is finally stepping down. Castro gained leadership by heading up an armed revolution and overthrowing Fulgencio Barista. Word is that his brother, Raul Castro will be his successor.
What does this mean for Cuba? Is Raul’s leadership going to mirror his brother's? Or is this a chance for democracy? Bush thinks so…but then again what does he know?
