Forget 24, It's All About 54

Break out your coke spoons kids! Studio 54 is back in the form of a new drama series for Showtime. The show will center around club co-founder Steve Rubell and will begin in the months leading to the club’s opening. The only real person featured will be Steve Rubell and the rest of the series will be fictional. Writer Chad Hodge said, "The show is less about the history of Studio 54 than it is about New York in the late '70s, what people were going through, the political and social issues. Studio 54 is the backdrop for exploring that." Source I gonna call up Cablevision and ask for showtime cus I NEED to watch this show.
