Jada to Star in a New TV Series

Jada will be playing a hospital nurse on a new medical drama “Time Heals”. It’ll be her first regular role since leaving A Different World in 1993. Here character is a single mom and the director of nursing. Like her character Jada will be doing double duty as both the star and the shows executive producer. Source
I'll try to support. But ever since her Different World days I feel like she’s developed this slight air of cockiness/phoniness that really turns me off.
