Round 2 for "Hancock" and "I am Legend"?

According to the NY Post Will Smith will be doing “Hancock” and “I am Legend” sequels.
"He is ready to do both," a Hollywood insider the paper. "Producers are just trying to get Charlize Theron to sign on for the 'Hancock' sequel."Part 2 of “I Am Legend” will reportedly be a prequel.
"It will be about how the disease spreads and the fall of the last great American city. It will also develop the relationship between Will's character and his wife," the source said.Will’s rep didn’t confirm the roles but said, "there have been talks about both of these projects." Source
I can’t see why he wouldn’t jump at the idea. It’s a surefire way to make his already bulging bank account overflow.
