Diddy Getting Sued by Artist

Artist Tom Patti has filed a lawsuit against Sean “Beady Eyes and Unfortunate Teeth” Combs for copying the design of a sculpture for his fragrance bottle.
Tom says that the “Unforgivable” packaging looks like glass sculptures he designed in the 80s.

It’s definitely similar, however (and I hate having to side with Papa Diddy Pop on this), its not a shape/design that’s so uber unique that someone else couldn’t have come up with something similar to it without ever having seen it.
