All I do with Dionne is play guitar with her and sing with her. And kiss her and cuddle her." "I went into business about seven years ago when I first signed my publishing deal. According to her ex Blake, Amy OD’d in his arms after a three day crack and heroine binge a few years ago. He said that he thought she was dead.
He told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "I was terrified. We were sitting on the bed talking. Her eyes suddenly went blank. She started having a fit on the bed. I was panicking. I didn't know how to help her. I was out of it on drugs as well, and was sobbing and crying out, 'Amy!'
"She had an awful look on her face then suddenly she just passed out and stopped breathing. It was the most frightening thing I had ever seen. I felt sure I was watching her die right in front of me. I didn't know what to do or how to save her. I held her to me and I thought she was dying in my arms."
He revealed: "I was panicking but I somehow managed to open her mouth and breathe air down her throat. At first nothing happened then she spluttered and I saw her chest rise."
He said as soon as she regained consciousness she wanted more dope.
He added: "I loved her so much. I couldn't bear for her to die in front of me. She had everything going for her but she ended up behaving badly just to shock. After a while that just becomes a bore. I'd warned her to stop but she always wanted to keep on taking the drugs." Source
Even though he’s not the most reliable source, this story isn’t that unbelievable.

Amy was charged with assaulting a dancer named Sherene Flash.
Amy’s spokeserson said: "Amy would like to thank her family, friends and legal team for their support during this difficult time. She's always maintained her innocence and is very happy to move on with her life and put the episode behind her."
Amy said in court that she had only pushed Sherene away from her at the Berkeley Square Ball because she felt "intimidated" after Sherene "lunged" at her for a photograph.
Her lawyer Patrick Gibbs said: "The main injury here was probably to Miss Flash's pride. Maybe she had been made to look silly in front of friends and colleagues."

Producer Mark Ronson has been trying to wrok with Amy for the past few years but all of the gigs fell through. He still wants to work with her now that she’s back from St. Lucia.
He tells The London Paper, “I heard Amy was back in town, but I haven’t spoken to her yet. I’m working on a new record now, but I would love to work with Amy again. “I would definitely like to hear what Amy’s been working on - she’s an amazing artist, so I would be interested in anything she does.” Source

While staying in ST. Lucia, off and ono for the past 8 months, Amy supposedly caused $37,500 worth of damage to her suite.
A source tells U.K. tabloid the Daily Star, "There were cigarette burns in the sofa, broken beds, smashed chandeliers, cracked mirrors, and all the plumbing was blocked." Source
ILK! Just nasty. They should have known better than to agree to let her stay there overnight, never mind 8 months.

Amy went to St. Lucia to get clean and has been there, off and on, since Christmas. She’s now heading back to her naitive London.
Her record company paid for her extended vacation hoping she’d get clean and record an album but since she hasn’t done that they’re cutting off the funds.
A source says, "It seems she is starting to overstay her welcome. She's been banned from hotels, the bars don't want her there and locals see her as a nuisance when she's drunk." Her family and friends are sick of her behavior as well. "She's lonely and wants to get back to what she knows. But she has to knuckle down. She's on a very fine line with the label and has pushed them almost as far as they will go." Source

Amy has been banned from taking in anymore stray dogs to her St. Lucia home after resort management had to fumigate it.
She’s been collecting strays but folks at the resort had to fumigate for hygienic reasons because they feared a flea outbreak would affect other guests.
A source said: “Management initially turned a blind eye to what Amy was doing. But she’s adopted about five or six dogs now. They’re all strays, without the proper vaccinations and they all have fleas.”
“The management did not want the risk of any of the fleas infecting any of the other rooms. So they got a firm of fumigators in to blitz Amy’s quarters and told her not to bring any more animals on site.” Source

A source said: “The bosses at EMI are keen to keep the cash cow churning out the readies.

Kelly had a St. Lucia trip planned but she cancelled for fear she’d run into amy down there.
They reportedly had a falling out when, "Amy rearranged all the furniture and pictures into crazy places, turning chairs over and organising personal objects in her own version of feng shui while Kelly was out.
"She'd even removed some items she ranted were evil. It was the last straw for Kelly, who finally saw how out of control Amy was. She had tried to help her get over her drug problem but finally had enough."
An insider explained: "There was no way Kelly was running the risk of her quiet, relaxing holiday being ruined by Amy's presence." Source
That sucks. I know at one point Kelly was really trying to help Amy out. I guess everyone’s got their limit.

According to News of the World, Amy has applied to become a permanent resident.
"Amy loves St Lucia and never wants to leave. She thinks the island has done her the world of good and she's writing more than ever," said one insider.
A St Lucian official is reported to have said that he was "aware of Amy wanting to live here on a permanent basis" and that her application was currently being considered.
However, a former government adviser urged officials to deny her residency status on the basis that she was a "dangerous influence" on the country's youth. Source
