Yung Berg Assaults Party Guest

Chelsea Berry is accusing rapper Yung Berg of giving her a black eye. She attended a party at his house with a few of her friends and three of his. She says he threw her in a swimming pool and later in the nigh hit her in the eye when she became jealous after he disappeared into a room with another woman.She tells AllHipHop.com, "He striked (sic) me with the palm of his hand, like about three times. On my head, on my eye, and I was falling back like, 'What did I do? What did I do? And that's when he told me to leave. Then (his friend) Sincere was like, 'Calm down, I'll give her a ride.'"
She said he drove her a short way then made her get out and smashed her cell phone.She adds, "(We) end up driving all the way up this hill in the middle of nowhere, I had no idea where I was at, and he tells me to get out. I was crying and saying 'I'm gonna get you back. I'm about to call my friends when I get out.' And that's when Berg gets out and comes over to me and says he's sorry, and then he grabs my phone and throws it and my phone (was) completely shattered."
She filed a report but he hasn’t been charged yet. Source

Ne-Yo Squashes Beef Before it Starts

A lil while ago on LA radio show “Big Boy’s Neighborhood”, singer Ne-Yo was asked whom he would like to serve a three finger slap and he answered rapper Yung Berg. He answered that way because he feels that Berg is unoriginally and is stealing T-Pain and Lil Wayne’s styles. So Berg did a video blog on WorldStarHipHop where he spent the whole time calling Ne-Yo gay.
"It's unfortunate that so early, at Big Boy in the morning, you will wake up on my d***," Berg said."Miss Independent, what's poppin'? I see you homie. It ain't really nothing with me and you. Ain't no beef, we go all the way back. It's all 100. Did my research recently ... This is your girl who actually just called right now ... or whatever, you never know with him," the rapper continued, before displaying numerous photos of a young Ne-Yo.
Ne-Yo however refuses to allow a back and forth to happen.
"I can't work with people that's doing this for the fame element or the money element," Ne-Yo continued. "I think that's what's destroying music. You got cats out here that are copycatting and doing stuff that's popular. You know, doing it because that's what's in right now, whatever the case may be -- but basically what you're doing is killing music. You're killing the creative element of what this is, which was the basis of this whole thing, which is self-expression." Source

    More Details… Hayden Panettier’s dad, Alan Panettiere was arrested Sunday (August 10, 2008) for hitting his wife/Hayden’s mother Lesley Panettiere. The couple was at a party when Alan got mad because he felt Lez was “hanging” with someone and she was “disrespecting” him. When they got home they started fighting and he struck her in the cheek.     Troubled rapper DMX is facing his sixth arrest in 2008 after failing to attend a court hearing in Phoenix, Arizona on Tuesday. The 37-year-old was due to face a felony drug charge, but failed to show, prompting Commissioner Phemonia Miller to issue a bench warrant for his arrest. DMX - real name Earl Simmons - has spent most of the year in and out of custody and court over a series of legal woes. In July, he pleaded not guilty to felony charges of theft and identity theft after he was accused of using a false identity to avoid paying medical bills.
    In January, he was arrested for allegedly speeding in Phoenix. In May, he was charged with suspected drug possession and animal cruelty following raids on his Arizona home. A month later, in June, the star was arrested for allegedly attempting to buy drugs from an undercover officer, and in July he was taken into police custody for violating his bail terms relating to a previous driving incident in June.
