MJ's Tour Might Not Happen

MJ has been working hard for his comeback/farewell tour in London this summer, but there may be a snag in his plans. A NJ based promoter, AllGood Entertainment Inc. claims they have a signed contract that will prevent him from performing until july 2010.

According to the agreement he cant give a concert until the Jackson Family reunion show that AllGood has put together.

They’ve sent out a cease and desist order to MJ’s lawyer Frank DiLeo to stop his 50 shows in London this summer.

AEG, the promoters of the London shows, contend that AllGood’s claims are meaningless and will go on with their preparation as planned.

"As of right now, we've gotten zero cooperation from anyone, Frank DiLeo refuses to honor our agreement and that's why we're filing a lawsuit by week's end," Patrick Allocco, a partner at AllGood said. Source

MJ’s London shows would definitely overshadow the Reunion show so I hope his lawyers can do some fancy footwork cus a lot of money is tied up in this comeback.
