Uncle Q Talks Music and Life in Two New Books

Producer and songwriter Quincy Jones has signed on with Insight Editions to release two books about his life and career. The first book will be entitled The Complete Quincy Jones: My Journey & Passions which will be released just in celebration of his 75th birthday and of his great contribution to American music and culture. It should hit shelves on or around October 28th.
"The length, breadth, and diversity of Quincy Jones' career may only be known for the first time through this comprehensive and visually stimulating volume," explains Raoul Goff, publisher of Insight Editions. "His creative genius crosses not only all genres of music, but also TV, film, broadcasting, magazine publishing, philanthropy, activism, and style. We are honored to bring light to the diverse talents and achievements of someone in our day and time who is truly a living legend."
