Lil Wayne Gives Nivea and Engagement Ring?

Folks have been speculating that rapper Lil Wayne and singer Nivea are engaged for a minute. Well Nivea was pictured (see above) at one of lil Wayne’s concert, front row, sporting a huge rock on her finger. Source
Is it safe to stop calling it speculation and refer to this as fact?
