Eminem Headed Back to Court

Miad Jarbou has filed a lawsuit against Eminem, nee Marshall Mathers, claiming that in 2006 Em punched him in the face in the bathroom of a Detroit strip club. He’s suing for the whopping sum of $25,000.
Supposedly Em was taking a whiz when Jarbou and a friend approached him for an autograph. Em’s bodyguard turned them away. But as they tried to explain that they just wanted to meet him, Em turned around and punched Jarbou in the face. Jarbou claims that the one punch has caused him all types of grief including pain and suffering, physical therapy, wage loss, embarrassment, etc. Source
Though I think Miad and his simple friend should have at least let the man take a piss before bothering him, he isn’t asking for that much dough. I say just pay the man off and move on. I’m curious though, did he shake and zip before punching him? Or did he turn around, peen in hand, and jawl him? Just wondering…
