Living legend, Tina Turner surprised fans when she got Tom Cruise to join her on stage to sing “Nutbush City Limits”. Tom was at the show with his wife Katie homes when she pulled him from the audience and said, "Sing along!" Source
She might still have her body but I fear Mama Tina is losing her mind.

Tina and Aretha Scratch Each Other's Eyes out

At last year’s Grammy’s Bey announced Tina Turner as “The Queen”. This pissed off Aretha Franklin, known as “The Queen of Soul”, and she issued a statement the following day.
“I am not sure of whose toes I may have stepped on or whose ego I may have bruised between the Grammy writers and Beyoncé. However, I dismissed it as a cheap shot for controversy.”

In a recent interview with USA Today Tina said she wasn’t surprised by Aretha’s reaction.
“Aretha has always been like that. We’ve always accepted that from her. She’s the queen of soul, and I’m the queen of rock ‘n’ roll. There were so many kings and queens there that night. Her ego must be so big to think she was the only one,” she laughed. “That’s how queens are!”

This statement caused Aretha to respond again saying,
“I have always appreciated what Tina Turner has to offer and had quietly cheered her on after Ike and her subsequent success. However, with respect to her statement concerning my ego (in saying, ‘Her ego must be so big to think she was the only one … that’s how queens are’) clearly she was talking about herself as she described herself as the ‘Queen of Rock’ and saying ‘that’s what Queens do’ — particularly since she does not have a clue as to who I am in view of the fact that we have never met.
“I never figured her to resort to tacky press just to sell a few tickets. I understand and I know that the concert market is down where ticket sales are concerned. I really had put her in a different class — higher than that.
“Finally, no one has been more gracious or complimentary to their peers than I have and I am confident and secure enough to do so, unlike some others. I wish Ms. Turner all the best, as I always have. Perhaps one day we will meet.” Source

Deep Deep Deep Deep Deep Down Inside Ike Was a Good Guy

Let the games begin! So Ike Turner’s widow Jeanette is asking Tina to forgive him. Upon hearing of Ike’s death last week Tina’s statement via a rep was:

"Tina hasn’t had any contact with Ike for more than 35 years. No further comment will be made."

His wife, however feels like Tina should express some type of change of heart towards Ike…now that he’s dead and all. She said:

"I know that she was hurt. But there’s something called forgiveness and I know Ike really forgave himself, which is really hard to do. I’m not defending what he did. I’m not saying he didn’t do what he did when he was with Tina or me. But he was a human being. And being all of that, he’s still a childlike person--pure and a good person always willing to help people. She told EURweb: "He was a human being and he helped Tina...he helped a lot of people." source
Jeanette, I’d first like to send my condolences for your loss. Second, I'd like to say to shut your simple mouth! I can see if Tina were doin'the butterfly on his grave while chanting Nam Myoho Renge Kyo, but she’s not. She’s simply not sayin’ anything. For all you know she already has forgiven Ike. Shut up and leave Tina alone!
