Brooke Puts Down Beyonce...Dumb Move

Brooke Hogan got outta pocket recently in talking about Beyonce and others. She said,
“I’ll agree with Keri Hilson though. She needs to go sit down, make some babies and chill. You know, she’s talented, don’t get me wrong, but just give it a break a little.”
She also weighed in on Cassie’s nude photos saying, “Don’t show it if it’s not right. It was all like stretched out”. Source
Though I agree with her, she is in NO position to talk about anyone…EVER.

Pride Mag Apologizes for Long/Knowles Beef

Pride magazine is apologizing to actress Nia Long for basically changing what she said to them. They had her saying, "If you're a singer, not an actress, you should sing. If you're a rapper, you should rap," in response to musicians who act. It made it seem like she was taking aim at Beyonce because she had just been asked to comment on Bey’s film “Obsessed.”Long told the magazine, "I didn't see Obsessed, so I can’t comment, but it's just not about how talented you are anymore. It's about, 'How much box-office revenue will this person generate.' "When you see certain people... they just don't have the skill, and no one in their team has said, 'You need acting classes.'" Pride now feels the need to clarify what happened. A magazine statement reads, "Pride would like to apologise for the fact that editing of the final article may have left Nia’s comments open to tabloid manipulation. "As Europe’s premier publication for the woman of colour, Pride seeks only to celebrate the achievements of celebrities such as Nia Long and Beyonce Knowles, and hope no offence has been caused through the media speculation." Wait, Someone Stole From Bey?!

Ryan Tedder is upset over claims by Kelly Clarkson that he tricked her into ripping off Beyonce’s song “Halo.”

Kelly says he sent her the song without letting her know that he’d already offered it to Beyonce.

Clarkson said, "No one's gonna be sitting at home, thinking, 'Man, Ryan Tedder gave Beyonce and Kelly the same track to write to.' No, they're just gonna be saying I ripped someone off. I called Ryan and said 'I don't understand. Why would you do that?'"
But Ryan is hurt by Kelly’s comments. He says, "Already Gone is one of the best songs I've written or produced since Bleeding Love and stands tall on its own merits apart from Halo.
"They are two entirely different songs conceptually, melodically and lyrically and I would never try to dupe an artist such as Kelly Clarkson or Beyonce into recording over the same musical track. The idea is both hurtful and absurd."

Jay-Z to Open Up about Beyonce in New Book

Jay-Z’s new book will be the first time that he talks about his relationship with his wife Beyonce.

The main purpose of the book is to talk about they lyrics behind some of his biggest hits.

A source said: "It's going to cover everything from his days on the streets as a drug dealer to his fairytale wedding to Beyonce.

"He'll also be revealing his rapping secrets."

Beyonce is at it Again

So Bey is stealin tunes again according to the NY Post and Rap-Up magazine. Supposedly singer/songwriter Chrisette Michele said that Bey’s song “Ego” was meant for her but she gav it to beyonce. However, she wasn’t credited with writing the tune. The song credits list Elvis Williams, Beyonce Knowles and Harold Lilly. Source

Nia Long calls out someone for their lack of acting skills.

Beyonce Spends $36K on Nails

Beyonce’s nails for her “Sweet Dreams” video cost a reported $36,000.
The designere, Jules Kim said,
“I designed a set of four nail rings for her that cost about $36,000. I was commissioned to make something unique and special for her. She got a whole set of them. They’re all encrusted in diamonds, and each snake has two rubies for eyes.” Source
Think if I ask Bey to sell the nails and give me the proceeds to pay off my student loans she’ll go for it?

Bey Bans Sweaty Pics

Word is that Beyonce has now banned the photogs from taking pics of her sweating on stage. Her dance routines and costumes are causing her to sweat like creasin and she’s only allowing the photographers to shoot her from approved angles.
"Beyoncé's costumes are so tiny and her choreography is so complicated that inevitably she sweats," a source said.
"It looks pretty gross, so no one is allowed to shoot her from that particular angle any more." Source
Well I feel her about the sweating. I’m a sweater myself. But nothing can prevent you from getting pictured in all your glistening glory. There are little things called camera phones.

Solo Defends Bey Again

Solange took to her Twitter page to defend her sister Beyonce yet again. She lashed back at opinions that Beyonce should let ‘better’ vocalists have the spotlight. Here’s what she tweeted:
“Sick of people thinking I’m gonna be my sisters enemy. Now that was the “nice” read. Next person who hits me with some negative energy about my sister is gonna get Fox news all over again. Don’t try to love ME because you want to be the “anti Beyonce”. I am the ‘all for’ Beyonce. Now kiss both of our Knowles asses if you don’t like it!” Source
I feel Solo for defending her sister. I’d bludgeon someone to death in a dark dirty alley for either of my sisters. But sometimes no response is the best response. If Bey is such hot stuff let her talent and album sales speak for themselves.

Beyonce is the highest paid celeb under the age of 30 according to a new Forbes magazine poll. She was paid an estimated $87 million over the past year. She was able to make so much money in album sales, touring, movies, endorsements and clothing sales.

Beyonce may be playing in the next Sister Act (Lord be with us). Disney wants to pick up the project with Bey starring in the role previously held by Whoopie Goldberg as Deloris Van Cartier. Source

Letoya's Fans Want Her on the BET Awards

As many of you know, Matthew Knowles told BET that if they allowed Letoya Luckett to perform on their awards show that he’d pull Beyonce as an act. Letoya has been pulled and she recently addressed the drama in an interview with WPGC’s DJ Flexx
Dj Flexx:”Let’s just say that it’s true, how does it make you feel that Matthew would go so hard at you to get you off the show?”
LeToya: “It saddens me a little. Because our situation happened close to 10 years ago, and I think as we all know Bey is a very, very, very talented artist, and I think that we both have our own lanes and fan base, and I don’t see why I would have to be one of the ones picked out of the entire crew of females that will be hitting the stage that night. I don’t know… I’m gonna try and word this right… I just don’t understand why I’m picked outta that group because there are so many other female artists performin’ that night and I think we all deserve to have a chance at that stage. Everybody works hard and we all have something different to offer, from Keyshia to Keri to Bey, everybody is different in their own ways so it saddens me if that’s true, and I hope that’s not the case but I’ll be there regardless”. Well since she’s been pulled, fans have decided to set a petition in motion to get BET to reinstate her as a performer on the show

Bey Getting Sued for Missed Club Appearance

Bey has mad some promoters very angry. She was supposed to appear at NYC club, Mansion for $200,000 and suddenly pulled out of the gig. Joey Morrissey, the clubs owner spent $100K to prepare for the show only for her to pull out right before.
“They said they were too busy with the launching of the tour and that they wouldn’t have time to do the kickoff party,” Morrissey tells Page Six. To make up for the cancellation, Morrissey says Beyoncé offered to stop by the club “to hang out for an hour” on Sunday. He adds, “I mean, we sold tables for thousands of dollars for the show, and spent $100,000 renting a soundboard and other equipment, as per their stipulations. What good does her showing up for an hour do me? They’ve been totally unwilling to agree to another show.”
He’s going to sue her for a “loss of reputation” in addition to the money he lost promoting the appearance. “We had an overwhelming response from our clubgoers, who were lining up to buy tickets and tables. This will come as a great disappointment to all of them,” he claims, adding, “If Beyoncé cancels and doesn’t give us a new date, this hurts our credibility in night life.” Source
I hope he gets every red cent he’s asking for. That’s completely unprofessional. I can understand her being worked to the bone but it’s her management’s responsibility to better…well, manage, her career. That means you Papa Knowles.

New girl group, Rich Girl, is going on tour with Beyonce. Peep their tweet on their Twitter page:

Beyonce Can't Help Herself

Beyonce admitted to dancing to her own songs, namely “Single Ladies.”
“I can’t stop seeing the choreography when I hear it. My foot just starts doing the steps,” Beyonce shared. “It’s so embarrassing. I don’t want people to think I’m dancing to my own song, but I can’t help it” Source
Beyonce is so mesmerizing that she’s mesmerized her own damn self. SMH.

Bey Won't Part with Her Heels

Beyonce admits that heels hurt her feet but she’d rather push through the pain then take them off.
Beyoncé told Self magazine: "When I come home and take my shoes off, I'm like, 'Oh my God! I wish I could just chop my feet off!' But while I'm dancing, I'm thinking of the choreography."
She added: "I don't think about my feet until I'm trying to go to sleep and they're throbbing." Source
