Michelle Williams Remixes Latest Album

Former Destiny’s Child member, Michelle Williams, released a solo album “Unexpected” back in October. Now she’s working on a remix album slated for this year. Source
Not that she can’t sing, but I don’t remember one song from her first album. Unless she enlists some heavy hitters for the remix album I don’t see it making much of a splash.

Michelle Williams is Still Broken up Over Heath's Death

Even though almost a year has past since the death of her ex, Heath Ledger, actress Michelle Williams says that its still hard to deal with.
In an interview she was asked about him and began crying.
"It's so sad. I guess it's always changing," Michelle replies when asked how she's doing. "What else can I say? I just wake up each day in a slightly different place — grief is like a moving river, so that's what I mean by 'it's always changing.' It's a strange thing to say because I'm at heart an optimistic person, but I would say in some ways it just gets worse. It's just that the more time that passes, the more you miss someone. In some ways it gets worse. That's what I would say."
The one thing that brings her the most joy however, is her and Heath’s daughter Matilda. "I don't want to work while she's in school," Michelle said. "I want her to have a routine. I want the plainest, simplest, most ordinary, habituated routine possible. I just want to know what's coming next." Source
I was just watching and E! True Hollywood story about him. The one true joy in his life was his family. It seems that Michelle shares that sentiment. Dang it, why did they have to break up?!

Beyonce Pushes Back Singles

Bey is pushing back the release of two singles from her third solo album, “If I Were a Boy and “Single Ladies”. The songs were to be released on October 7th but won’t hit radio stations until the 14th. Some are saying that the reason for the push back is because her former destiny’s Child band mate, Michelle Williams is dropping her album on the 7th and she was upset about Beyonce releasing tracks on the same day. Source
It doesn’t matter when Bey releases the singles, I don’t foresee Michelle’s album doing so well. I think she’s a great singer and all, but once you’ve been shoved into the shadows it’s hard making a way out.

DC to Reunite?

Folks are saying that Destiny’s Child is gonna give it another go. All three girls are currently working on solo projects but Kelly hinted that a reuinion might be in the future. “We’re so looking forward to working with each again and we just need to find a time in our diaries when we can get into the studio together.” Source
The only folks who MIGHT benefit from this are Michelle and Kelly. We all know that they’re pretty much glorified back up singers. But at least as Beyonce’s back up they know that they’re performing in a packed room. Solo, not so much.

Michelle Speaks About Heart Break

Singer Michelle Williams of Destiny’s Child, opened up in an interview with Sister 2 Sister magazine about having her heart broken. She was engaged to be married and well on the road to finalizing wedding plans when her fiancé called it off. "I bought the house and all that good stuff. Then it was like, no, that's not gonna happen. I had looked at wedding books. I was looking at venues and doing all those things that a person would do who knows they're gonna marry somebody."I think that was the worst hurt I've ever felt in my life," she said. "Nothing can help; food didn't help, trying to get with somebody else didn't help, family didn't even help."It was literally me praying for my heart to get healed, because, when I love, I love pretty hard and I put a lot into a relationship.""I grew so much... I'm a totally different person because of it, but in a good way," said Williams, adding, "A lot of people go through a bad break-up and they just become promiscuous... and they are bitter all the time, but, for me, that didn't happen." Star also broke the story of Nia Long and Kevin Phillips romance. Nia’s been dating this tenderoni (13 years her junior) for a few months and she’s already moved him into her L.A. home.
“She was trying to keep it a secret,” says a source. “But people were starting to figure it out. Her friends tell her she has nothing to be ashamed of and that she needs to live her life to the fullest.” Source
