Update 73: In the above pic of CB and Usher at the Cavaliers vs. Magic game it appears that Chris has a black eye and swollen lip. That’s just how most bloggers captioned the picture but Chris felt the need to lash out and call the bloggers liars.

I am pleased to let you know that there will be no autotune on Jay-Z’s new album Blueprint 3.

Kanye who produced some of the album revealed this,“Jay is in control of everything in his domain. He’s just been working on it, and it’s gonna be amazing when he drops it. I think it’s good he’s taking his time to give people the best product possible and not being rushed by this fast-food, media-outlet, Internet, everything-is-getting-leaked, people-stealing your-songs-before-you-can-mix-them-and-put-them-online world we’re living in right now.” Source

Terrence Howard is engaged to his “Fighting” costar Zulay Henao. He proposed while filming Red Tails in Prague, Czech Republic.

When WENN.Com bumped into the couple partying at a bar in Prague on Friday night, he confirmed, "I just got engaged." Source

Gaga's Lezzy Tendancies Scare the Boys

Lady Gaga thinks she intimidates men with her bisexuality. She only dates men but is attracted to women as well.

She tells Rolling Stone, "The fact that I'm into women, they're all intimidated by it. It makes them uncomfortable. They're like, 'I don't need to have a threesome. I'm happy with just you'."

She adds, "My music's not going to wake up tomorrow morning and tell me it doesn't love me anymore. So I'm content with my solitude. I'm okay with being alone. I choose to have someone in my life when I can."

First we hear about Drake knocking down Rihanna…now Teyana Taylor?

From the pics above the two look awfully cozy and Drake even gave Teyana a shout out at one of the shows she attended saying “Teyana Taylor, you the fu@king best!”

Then his ex, Bria Myles, posted lyrics of Lauryn Hill’s “Lost One” on her Twitter, writing:

James Brown's Widow Gets That Money

Tomi Rae Brown, James Brown’s sorta widow, has finally won the dough she’s been fighting for two years over. James’ money will be doled out as follows: Half to a charitable trust, one quarter to Tomi and their son together, and the rest to his adult children. Source

Halle Meets Folks on the Net

Life as a star is so lonely that actress Halle Berry has made friends via the internet to feel normal.

Berry explains, "I never went so far as a date. But I've gone online and pretended to be someone else, in an attempt to have some anonymity. I've tried, many times, to have a normal conversation when celebrity wasn't a part of it. Sometimes it worked and at others it became a little weird."

"The reason I did it was I wanted to remember what it was like to have a real, honest exchange with someone and to be treated normally." Source

Asher Roth is Unimpressed with Lindsay

Asher Roth is such a big star now that he’s boin around dissin’ folks. He recently performed in SoCal and Lindsay Lohan showed up expecting the start treatment…he didn’t give it to her.

An insider said that "Lindsay was bugging both Asher and his management team to get onstage during 'She Don't Want A Man,' but Asher was so annoyed by her requests that he actually skipped performing the single."

Linds didn't like that and tweeted about it, but later removed the post. "Wow," she sniped. "Asher was cocky to all my friends and not that nice."

Roth responded, via a statement to PerezHilton.com, saying: "Lindsay Lohan's not my scene."

Jayson Williams is at it Again

The sad state of affairs known as Jayson Williams was arrested in Raleigh, NC after getting into a bar fight.

He can’t seem to stay out of trouble. Things have been plummeting for him after he tried to cover up a shooting at his home in 2004. Then last moth he was tasered and locked in the nuthouse for going ape shit in a hotel room.
Excuse me Lord, as I know you’re most busy, I’ll keep this brief. You+wheel=Jayson’s salvation.

Obamapolooza!!!

President Obama has nominated federal court Judge, Sonia Sotomayor, as the first Latina to serve on the Supreme Court.

"My heart today is bursting with gratitude for all you have done for me today," she said, adding that while she stands "on the shoulders of countless people," it was her mother, Selena Sotomayor, who is her most abiding inspiration. She said growing up in modest and challenging circumstance, with a father who died when she was 9 and a mother who often had to work two jobs to support the family, helped her learn how to "respect and respond to the concerns and arguments of all litigants who appear before me, as well as my colleagues on the bench."

She went from the projects in the Bronx to graduating summa cum laude from Princeton, later going to Yale Law School. Permalink

Kris Allen and Kanye to Work Together?

American Idol’s most recent winner, Kris Allen, sang Kanye West’s Heartless during the run of the show. Now the two will reportedly be working together.

“Yo, Kris. Congratulations. Get ready for the big leagues,” Kanye congratulated the singer via a message on Extra.

“Thank you for liking the song, Kanye. Thank you for writing the song,” he tells Extra. “The whole CD is amazing. Hopefully we can work together. That’d be great. Thanks for the congrats. I appreciate it.” Source

I think this would be a really interesting collaboration. I loved Kris’ rendition of the song.

Stampede at Alicia Keys Concert

Stevie Wonder, Alicia Keys and others performed at the North African Mawazine Music Festival in Morocco recently and the concert ended in tragedy. On the last night of the week long celebration, 11 spectators, who were among a crowd of 70,000, were crushed to death when a metal stadium fence gave way after fans rushed to leave. The Tiny and Toya Show?

T.I.’s wife Tiny and Lil’ Wayne’s ex Toya, will have their own show on BET. The show will chronicle their lives as they try to navigate the industry and raise their families.

The half hour show is set in Atlanta where the two friends live. It premieres on Tuesday June 30^th at 10pm. Source

Mike Tyson's Daughter Passes Away

Mike Tyson’s 4-year-old daughter, Exodus, has succumbed to injuries she sustained in a freak accident when she hung herself from a cable attached to a treadmill in the family’s home.

She was found by her 7-year-old brother who told his mom who was in another room when it happened. She called 911 and tried to revive her.

Phoenix police Sgt. Andy Hill told FOX News, “Somehow she was playing on this treadmill, and there’s a cord that hangs under the console – it’s kind of a loop. Either she slipped or put her head in the loop, but it acted like a noose, and she was obviously unable to get herself off of it.” Source

Iron Mike was in Las Vegas during the time of the accident, but flew to Phoenix later Monday to visit his daughter.

"We are grateful for the tremendous outpouring of love and prayers from all over the world," Tyson said in a statement. "There are no words to describe the tragic loss of our beloved Exodus. We ask you now to please respect our need at this very difficult time for privacy to grieve and try to help each other heal." Source

This is absolutely heartbreaking. Condolences go out to the family. I pray they have the strength to survive this tragedy.

Jamie to Add More Shows to Brit's Tour?

Jamie Spears wants Brit to do more shows and show she’s supposed to be adding more dates to the U.K. leg of her tour. However, insiders say that she doesn’t want to do it because of her already grueling schedule.

A family friend said, "Jamie can't physically force Britney to get on stage and do more concerts, but he does have nearly all the power. He controls the purse strings and can make things very difficult for Britney if he chooses to.

"He gets to dictate her schedule - where she goes, who she sees, who she doesn't see. He's in charge of everything to do with her life. It's a battle of wills over who will win - but while her dad remains in charge, he'll be laying down the law." Source

I wonder how long he’ll be able to be in control of her career. She may not be crazy at the moment but a schedule like this is destined to send her over the edge…again.

Dolla Was Killed Over Gang Affiliation?

The killing of Konvict Muzik rapper, Dolla had to do with him being a Crip.
The admitted murderer, Aubrey Berry, says he killed Dolla in self-defence because Dolla tried to kill him.
“There are three victims in this case, none of which is Aubrey Berry,” the Burton family’s spokesperson, Dennis Byron, said Friday (May 22) in a statement, adding to MTV News that the family was upset by the claim. “His claim of self-defense is very colorful but the fact is that he traveled from Atlanta with a loaded firearm — for which he didn’t possess a carry permit for in the state of California — and then he assassinates Mr. Burton and attempts to shoot his cousin Will and his friend DJ Shabazz. Dolla was doing what he normally does, and that is to come to town and record in the studio and visit his family. He has been a recording artist for many years and being a member of any gang is as far-fetched as Mr. Berry’s claim of self-defense. Mr. Price is attempting to argue his client’s case in the media but the courtroom is where this matter will be dealt with.”
“If somebody has a reasonable perception that he is in danger of bodily injury or death, he has a right to defend himself,” Howard K. Price, Berry’s lawyer said. “He felt his life was in danger because of the previous altercation and what this guy [Burton] is reputed to be, which is [a member of] the Crips [street gang] and the way he conducted himself … and the way his crew approached him when they left the restaurant and followed him to the parking lot.” Source

Kanye’s girl, Amber Rose, is using her Twitter page to deny any relationship with Cassidy.
She writes:
I do NOT know Cassidy personally I met him for the first and only time at a charity softball game. THAT’S IT! These blogs r ridiculous! Source
Amber seems way to shrewd to do something as stupid as downgrading from Kanye to Cassidy. But then again, you never know. We’ll see how this pans out.

Bey Says Working Out All the Time is Silly

Beyonce says being cut up isn’t sexy…she sounds stupid while doing so.
“To me, it’s sexier when it doesn’t look like you go to the gym,” she told Britain’s Daily Mail. “If you look like you’ve been spending a lot of time in the gym, then it just looks like you spend a lot of time in the gym.”

Nas Says No to Spousal Support

Nas, who’s wife Kelis recently filed for divorce, is filing some legal papers of his own. He’s asking that the court deny his wife spousal support. He also wants her to pay her own legal fees.
The two are expecting their first child together and both are seeking joint custody. Source

Ok, so in the above video underground rapper, Charles Hamelton is out rapped by his on again off again girlfriend Briana Latrise…then jawed to boot.

Charles and Briana (Mary J. Blige’s step daughter by way of hubby Kendu) apparently have a really rocky relationship. Briana later apologized to Charles on her blog.
"We seriously have a sick, dysfunctional, high school relationship. But... It is what it is. Like I said earlier: I DID NOT MEAN TO DECK HIM. I was holding it back but the more I thought about what he said the more I wanted to hit him. Sorry Grandma. I felt justified, but the more I think about it now, it is an unfair situation for him: I'm a female so he can't hit me back with out a bunch of ppl talkn crap, and he still gets talked about if he doesn't hit me. We ALL know that if a woman feels she's man enough to hit a man, she's probably man enough to take a punch. I'm not sayin thats right eithe-Matter of fact, let's say this: Even tho it was a "rap battle" and that's the only reason he was going so hard...I would do it again in a heart beat.
